Don’t think so, but maybe depends on the country. Here you’d have to go to the board to get a new licence

Me being lazy i was for my wife keeping her last name to avoid extra paperwork but she kept hers and added mine (no hyphen just hers mine) but her aunt works as human resources where she works and she’s from a small town (we currently live there) so she knows all the buerocrats needed and she did all the paperwork.
It’s never too late, you can always buy new monogrammed stuff.
I never heard about combininf the last names into something new, sounds cool even though ours wouldn’t mix that well. I kept mine, mostly because everybody calls me by my last name only and has been doing that my whole life especially since i have a long first name. It has gotten so far some people thought i just have…
Didn’t wyclef pay himself a lot of money his charity raised and also run for president of haiti? I mean trump is a a shithead with a squirrel on top but maybe wyclef isn’t the best one to call him names.
Replying to a random comment of yours but good job on all the ones on this article.
I just stumbled on this article and i know it’s an old one but i wish i could give you all the stars for all your numerous comments. I did a rotation in nicu, had a call the other day about a 4 month old with esophageal atresia whose gastrostoma broke off and i was pretty scared driving to their house (nearest nicu…
Depends on the culture. here (croatia) you put your knife and fork on the plate next to each other and parallel to your edge of the table. I believe there’s also a difference in using and holding the fork and knife
Damn, guess that could happen if it’s not something commonly seen. I have two and nobody bats an eye. I usually don’t notice them in my patients
Bcg isn’t that good at preventing pulmonary tb, it’s better at preventing miliary tb or tb meningitis. So you may get infected but not get the worst case scenario. I got it, my son got it, everyone gets it here as an infant a day or two after they are born along with hep b and maybe another shot at school age. Leaves…
I’m guessing you could feel the vibration through the foreskin plus you wouldn’t need lube
Wife was pregnant and didn’t drink except a sip of champagne, i had a drink and a half with the food. But i did see some drunk grooms but none embaressed themselves
Sure they do, but in short intervals. Mine wakes up every 3-4 hours to eat and feeding and changing the diaper takes some time so in the first month we got maybe 2 hour intervals where we could sleep. The lazy one slept while eating
Croatia. Many countries have it a lot better
Well you know, ex communist country. People get used to some things
I don’t live in scandinavia i live in croatia. I’d get a lot more if i was in scandinavia. And most countries have at least some maternity/paternity leave. The US is i think one of the only two not to have it.
Why would it be a career hit. My wife has a year paid maternity leave, or we can split it. We decided she should take the whole year because i work 12 hour shifts and am home a lot between shifts and i have i think 33 or 35 mandatory vacation days and when i use those weekends aren’t included (i got 2 extra days…
Somebody spoil me. What’s the deal with humans shifting into titans? Are they good? Bad? How and why do they do that? Where does the extra mass come from? Why are they in the neck...
My stroller involvement was limited to making sure it’s safe and it fits in the car. But i did repaint the apartement, built some things like the crib, a closet... I work 12 hour shifts, 12 hour day, 24 hours off, 12 hour night, 48 hours off so when i’m home my wife lets me get some sleep right after a night shift but…
