This is what I like to see, something lacking a lot on io9 - unabashed fandom. Doesn’t mean you can’t criticize it, but I’m totally feeling you right now Chris. I too am stoked.

God I’m so excited to hear this game works. While I’m certainly looking forward to the sim-y first person games in VR, a lot of really great games are played from some sort of 3rd person camera, and I’m glad that one of the first big ones makes it work, and doesn’t feel distracting!

The “Japan National Team” thing is interesting. The international releases of the game don’t even have a licensed Japanese team (proper kit, crest, etc), only the JP version does.

They were saying PS Now would come to the Vita as well. If PS Now is only good with a wired internet connection would there even be a point on the Vita?

I bet the one(s) who did her model enjoyed making it LOL I mean, who puts nipples and what seems to be details of the genital area on a model which players will never see? Not even the devs of DoA did that... how curious.
