I would love to see the Assembly explanation of all this.

Wait, people own Vitas?
I missed all my chances at visiting the Mario Cafe back at the old Nintendo Campus. The <strike>slaves</strike> quality assurance testers have felt negatively about it when I've asked them. Hmm.
So, both sides are right about this. Adding female assassins - PROPERLY, with correct locomotion to their anatomy - would be twice the work. But that hasn't stopped anyone before. Female Shepard uses all the animations of Male Shepard, just a new mesh skinned to the same rig. It's why she runs so awkwardly, and…
NO!!!
Congratulations, you found a cubemap. Move along, people.
I have put these in greyscale and normalized their values to each other. I then did some very basic spacial corrections to make the image easier to handle when you view it like a Magic Eye painting. Cross your eyes slowly, image full screen, from about 3 feet away.
Wonderful stuff!
Which version do I have to buy in order to have Japanese voices and English subtitles?
Somebody convince me to play this. I cannot, CANNOT get past the terrible voice acting.
You know, I really wouldn't be surprised if we're looking at Gen7 footage here. Everything points to these being two different engines. Particle effects, texture resolutions, lighting tech. Is Watch Dogs getting a PS3 version? I can't remember.
So, lighting and shadows have been reduced in a number of ways in whatever build they're showing us here. In the PC demo, there's some kind of cool GI trick they're doing, and it's either reduced or eliminated in the recent video. There are also a few textures that look reduced, which is strange because they're on…
Oh man, that there's some masterful 'shop.
I like watching KI a lot. I'm certain most of its detractors haven't spent two whole minutes learning what it's all about. Calling KI Rock Paper Scissors is like calling Poker a game of luck.
While the sound hasn't held up, the song sure has. This is a massive improvement to the trailer.
I make free to play games. Our scope is WAY below Nintendo's. I don't think we're hurting anyone. What I THINK is hurting Nintendo is
* Making underpowered hardware with unfinished dev kits
* Alienating 3rd party developers by calling them useless
* Alienating 3rd parties by making them develop last-generation engines…
Button down long sleeve shirt and.. above-the-knee shorts?
You know what no one's talking about? This is all diffuse texturing. And that's kind of amazing.
I'm aware this criticism may be a little unfair. If all they had to work with was existing baked animation, there wouldn't be much to fix that.
