@bwong2: I’m with you on this. Costco has awesome meat. We just got a prime rib from Costco a couple weeks ago, and it was the best I’ve had in years, and that includes high-end restaurants. To be fair, I did cut it into steaks and grilled them, but that’s just because I can’t stand roasts.
