One thing I love about my job is that whenever we exceed our monthly goal every person in the department gets a bonus; from the manager to the part time new hire. If you worked anytime in the month we broke our goal you get a bonus. It is based on your hours worked so working more does get you a bigger bonus but…

I think stress is your main culprit. Travelling allot on business can put allot of stress on your body. (tight deadlines, rushing to get where your going, thinking of how to close the deal or get the job done, normal airport silliness etc.
