Who approved this spam?!

She claimed she wasn’t doing it for him, but for her mother.

Vice Principal Fowdy may have said that she wasn’t Jefferson’s secretary, but the few instances she’s on screen say otherwise. In schools I went to the vice principals were more visible and more of the disciplinarians than the principals were. Her character needs more development.

It likely will never be answered how Ralph changed himself from a white man to a black man. How does shapeshifting involve raceshifting?!

I’m glad Ruby’s age was finally revealed, albeit in a clunky way. Someone guessed that she was 10, and I commented that while I didn’t know Ruby’s age, Emma Tremblay (who plays her) is going on 14 from what was listed in the Supergirl Wiki and that Ruby had to be older than 10. I knew it! Though sometimes she acts

Last week I thought that Luisa was the unknown person Jane Ramos was connecting with, and now I’m thinking it’s Krishna. (Maybe it’s both.) Krishna did have some sass to her in this week’s episode.

I think Lady Eve appeared in the pilot, albeit as a stand-in shown from behind. Can anyone jump in to confirm this?

Man, you do love checking all my comments, don’t you? HAHA

This episode dragged a bit for me, but was still watchable.

Yeah, but people were talking about it being the first time seeing the Guardian of Supergirl’s Earth, not Earth-X’s Guardian.

Josh has become an almost non-entity on this show. Though he appeared at the beginning (interrupting the podcast with his chip crunching) and at the end with Hector’s mother wearing matching Metallica shirts, I’d nearly forgotten he appeared in this episode. It’s a reflection of how Rebecca has moved on from him.

At least we’ll get the kickass theme song again.

I am so glad this show’s back. I missed it.

And Melody’s treated as even more persona non grata. She’s practically invisible.

I like the way Jennifer’s friend and Anissa’s girlfriend clowned on them when they made corny comments, like the girlfriend telling Anissa how “corny” her pickup line was, sounding like “some old man at the club,” and Jennifer’s friend making fun of Jennifer using “adultnap” instead of kidnap. Those moments felt so

I wonder what was up with that too. It’s also interesting seeing the story of an older hero who’s back from what was supposed to be retirement, especially seeing how the heroes on the other shows are younger adults in their 20s who aren’t veteran heroes like he is.

The scene with RIverdale’s Chuck Clayton throwing away Jennifer’s alcohol was also in danger of escalating too quickly...

I have no idea how old Ruby is (the actress playing her is 13 going on 14 according to the Supergirl Wiki page), but she appears older than 10.

I’m also shocked (no pun intended) that Livewire was killed off. I’m also hoping that it’s a fake-out and that she’ll come back to life in some form. Brit Morgan is too good in that role and it’s a waste to kill her character off like that.

Also great: Kara had nightmares for weeks after Alex let her watch The Exorcist.
