Why is Penny naming her children after a Blondie character?

I’m surprised she hasn’t been made a recurring cast member then. Not that I’d want her to be because I like the character and wish she had more development, but that makes more sense production-wise.
I really liked this series premiere and it’ll remain on my must-see TV list. I like how it has its own style compared to the other DC shows and seems a lot more grounded in reality than the others. Black Lightning, the hero and the show, is definitely needed!
Although there will be a focus on BL’s daughters, I’m hopeful it will avoid the sometimes crippling soap opera elements on shows like Arrow and Supergirl.
Wow, good catch. I forgot that Jesse L. Martin was on that show.
Crap...I forgot Sam worked for L-Corp. CatCo and L-Corp seem so intertwined now that Lena’s the owner of both (and also because they all hang out together).
I figured that Ruby finding her mother in a daze at the end of the mid-season finale was a fake-out. I don’t think there’ll be too many fake-outs for long if Reign completely takes over Sam.
And I spoke too soon. Only the first two episodes were on Freeform free to view, while the current one is under a cable subscription paywall. Sorry about that.
I don’t do cable, but when I find out how to watch “Grown-ish” I will check it out too.
That gag of a demon stripping off its human skin to go streaking was funny.
While I think she does care, I wonder why no one said anything when this reunion was being planned. Everything about her being left out is being said after the fact.
Yep! I think they did that because on the spinoff, “Almost Home,” the Torkelson kids were supposed to come off as wholesome and innocent in contrast to the kids played by Jason Marsden and Brittany Murphy. The two kids who were written out were mischievous and troublemakers.
Josh Byrne (Brendan, the youngest Lambert son) was written out without explanation like Jaimee Foxworth was.
Cody was the cousin on Frank’s side, not the oldest son.
Jughead literally CARVED THE TATTOO OFF PENNY’S ARM????
HAHA! I must’ve misheard it.
There’s “Spiffany’s” and “American Excess,” but they can say Fabergé on this show. Odd.
Every single episode that has no Kevin on it is a waste of Casey Cott’s looks and comedic chops.
FP gives Jughead a vintage Underwood 21 typewriter?
That’s usually done in every episode.
