This issue definitely affects my 2016 Focus ST, which as far as I can tell isn’t covered by the recall.

If you're gonna be dumb enough to stick your fingers anywhere near a running lawn mower, it helps to have a little bit of dumb luck on your side. I'm glad I'm both dumb and lucky instead of just dumb.

As someone who has also cut off the tip of a finger (lawnmower, not kitchen knife) I can attest to the fact that it sucks. I hope Harry has a speedy recovery.

Taking the stock turbo off of my Focus ST to install a stock turbo with a bigger compressor wheel. All of the headache of a big turbo swap with barely any of the performance gains (plus you still need a new tune!)

Stories like these are why I’ve decided to ditch the road bike and pick up a MTB. Sure I might crash into a tree, but the likelihood of getting creamed by a Suburban is infinitely smaller.
