No.

Not quite what I’m looking for, but a great camera.

Great review, made better by the photos! Sharp eye, good composition. What kind of camera do you carry for these kinds of things, if you don’t mind me asking? I’m looking for a back-up to my DSLR.

I got the original starter pack last year, and while it was amazing for the first 4 or 5 hours, it has sat unused in its box since New Years.

Me-oughta get one of them! Okay, I’ll show myself out.

My D7000 has an ISO button. I’m not sure about the more entry-level versions. I find it really frustrating that they cripple them with only one dial! I got my gf a d3200 and the sensor is better than mine, but the button schematics make it incredibly cumbersome.

I’m an amateur photographer with a D7000 and a pretty nice kit. I don’t want to give up my DSLR, but would LOVE a pocketable camera to take around when it’s not worth lugging around 2 or 3 lens and my brick of a camera. Anything in the sub-300 dollar range that won’t leave me disappointed? I don’t mind if it’s a few

You could buy Yonguo flash transceivers, which double as a remote shutter! I got my for like 25 bucks a pair, I think. Really useful bit of kit.

I’m assuming there will be a lot of GoPro alternatives in this thread. There’s a lot with great image quality, but the thing that really sets GoPro apart in my mind is the image stabilization. And nothing I’ve used as come close.

Is that a Yashica Electro 35?

The light got me through winter... no need for it during the summer months though!

I’m pretty sure it isn’t considered ride sharing in PA. Could be wrong, but I think Uber is considered “experimental transportation” in PA at the moment.

You shouldn’t attach your motorcycle coverage to your auto coverage... Just get the motorcycle insurance separately from progressive. It will be muchhhh cheaper. My insurance agent actually told me to do this.

I think the missing word in the title is Cost. I think that’s a pretty negative outlook. If people want to drive cars, they will drive cars. It’s a much more extreme version of the shift from manual to automatic transmissions.

I hope I never have to hack my life this much.

What lighting mods do you have?

I get what you're saying, and I totally agree with that mentality—BUT, when no employer will consider you for a position because they don't value your English degree, it becomes a problem. It doesn't matter what your personal edict is, it's all about value to employers.

I'm an English graduate. Having a lib-arts degree wasn't a huge burden for me because I part of a media startup during college that provided me with a lot of great experience. Wasn't a problem to get a job in marketing/PR. But—I don't know any fellow English majors from my class that have real jobs (2 years later)

How does it stay together with those two huge cracks??

Is it really gold-colored? WHY
