This is such a failure of justice. This man served only seven months for raping and impregnating a child. He re-offended and served only four years.

Thanks for not calling him an “alleged rapist”. He is definitely an actual rapist who was convicted of rape. Multiple news outlets have failed to use correct terminology.

He should be held in a cell caged for decades along with the first judge that gave him a year for what seems to be KIDNAPPING AND RAPE OF A CHILD as well as the pos judge that granted parental rights. To me the judges are no less to blame than the deviant.

This story literally made me sick to my stomach. I’m so sorry for this victim and her child. For anyone in denial about rape culture, we are getting barraged with examples of it every. damned. day.
