I don’t actually think that this is subjective. At one point, she explained that she wanted to wait at least until the next date and his response was “If I pour you another glass of wine, does that count as the next date?” and then proceeded to try to take her clothes off again. She was plain as day and he just

Very few men are willing to admit what you have, so I’d like to ask a few questions if you don’t mind.

...and may actually be owls.

“The majority of women in the workplace are not tender creatures and are largely adept at dealing with all varieties of uncomfortable or hostile situations”

The framing of the Times of London article is so insensitive that I honestly can’t believe that no one raised an issue with it before it was published. Who are the editors there?

It’s insane that she straight-up acknowledges that there’s a risk in these situations, but still seems unable to grasp why women are upset. No one should have to take any type of risk just to turn someone down. FFS!

I love, love this movie and this book. It was one of my favorites growing up. The scene where Jo meets Laurie for the first time has got to be one of the absolute best.

He also completely misses the point that it’s men who are choosing these channels over his. The people that value partial female nudity over his ‘skills’ are men. This type of content would not be there if it wasn’t successful.

His character was confusing to me.

Well, she’s a victim if you believe her story. And that’s up for debate, right?

I watched this over the weekend and, unfortunately, didn’t really like it. It started out great, but my interest waned as the story progressed.

Ah! I knew I recognized him from somewhere. I loved that movie!

“We have never blamed the girls or given them the appearance of holding the girls responsible for what their teacher did.”

This reminds me of when Subway Jared argued that the children he molested had negligent, neglectful parents so he shouldn’t be forced to pay for all of damages from his molestation.

I want to cry when I think of a little 12 or 13-year-old giving birth to her rapist’s baby. Given the timeline, he was potentially already out of jail when she went into labor. She had to carry his baby for longer than his sentence.

This is such a failure of justice. This man served only seven months for raping and impregnating a child. He re-offended and served only four years.

I don’t understand how a person could read a story about how it took decades for women to report severe harassment and assault.... and come to the conclusion that women hurl accusations for every little thing.

On some basic level, I think that trolls just fail to grasp that people over the internet are real people who have value. I honestly think that that’s the root cause of trolling in general.

I’m not sure how the response to LW 1 even counts as advice.

Expecting someone to not repeatedly cheat on a loved one for 15 while gaslighting her about it is a far cry from being a saint.
