I was flying first (actually business, but I got charged for first) class back from Europe in August and found a roach crawling around the cabin. Roaches are likely everywhere in an airport and airplanes no matter what one does to stop them. It’s just a reality of the ecosystem that an airport creates.

I love north of the city and experimented with this when I went overseas in August. Parked at the N White Plains metro north station then took public transit to JFK. The only frustration was returning since I was taking public transit back to Westchester during rush hour with two (carry on) bags. Accounting for

What if I fly over from NY. I could make an excuse to fly the CA for “work,” on a number of fronts.

Enough to fit a rear facing car seat with me safely in the front or an adult comfortably behind me. I am a lot of torso, so I have to recline a lot.

I’m almost as tall as J.C. albeit i’m proportioned like a T-Rex. I also have two kids. I sat in a Stinger and didn’t even bother with a test drive. It’s not set up to accommodate a tall person with anyone in the back. Maybe if the car seat is on the passenger side, but definitely not in the middle or driver’s side.

I was thinking more like Williams. Bar of entry is pretty low, not unlike the sill of the Cullinan.

I went midday on a Tuesday the other week and it was peaceful. Pretty much every other time there has been a some level of aggravation with other customers particularly in the damn parking lot. I don’t even attempt getting Costco gas.

Yeah... I am somewhat recently a Costco member. The first time I went was on a Sunday. I’m surprised I am still a member after that first experience.

Came here expecting a Rauh-Welt Range Rover build. Leaving disappointed.

There’s a few near me NYC metro area, but far more Teslas. I looked at one too, I liked that it seemed like a simple honest vehicle and it wasn’t a Tesla, but the assembly of interior was lacking and I’m not entirely sold on the styling.

As an owner of two (now one after my wife’s was recently totaled by storm flooding) I can see that they are profitable. At about 40k miles you start to find all of the places and pieces that they cut corners on to maintain profit margins. It’s a unique ownership experience.

I’m voting CP mostly because I hate the current Porsche market. I'm just angry I didn’t buy a Porsche while they were cheap.

I nearly bought a new one while in a post surgery stupor last summer (using the CarMax app on my phone). Anesthesia and I don’t mix well. I couldn’t sleep and convinced myself that it would be the perfect vehicle for my wife at 3 AM. I’m not old money and I don’t consider myself wealthy, but I make enough money to

I’ve said it elsewhere, but my biggest beef with automatic and cvt transmissions is the feeling of disconnection from the vehicle. Newer autos are much better, but still not as good as stick. How does this one hold up in that regard?

Had to dust of AskJeeves to find out what Mosler is, but I found your next car, fancy pants:

It’s a little grainy, but it looks like the buttons are in two sections and for heated / cooled seating and maybe HVAC for the driver and passenger. If there were space concerns on the sides of the seats this isn’t an awful lay out IMHO.

Should be COTD.

It also looks like a t-shirt that was handed out for free at a food services trade show. If that is the case it would be a level of unsurpassed not giving a fuck.

You can talk to my wife then. Some battles are not worth fighting for me. Without having to justify internet judgement all purchases have been pragmatic or necessity: like losing a car to a flash flood during a freak storm. Arguing with my wife about buying a less expensive car that is, “old,” is not a battle that I
