She’s not whining that she’s getting into fights. She’s whining that they aren’t giving her a fair edit for the fights. Whne she pointed out during the reunion “You’re all telling me how to react. No one is telling Eureka how to act.” is emblematic of a lot of the other racial issues this year. Eureka manages to be a…
Let’s not forget the OG Elephant Queen, though.
YEEEEEEEP. I hated the inner saboteur and I hate the talk to the children. Such OBVIOUS emotional bullshit manipulation more than genuine catharsis or revelation. The producer’s hand may be consistent and “makes good reality TV”, but it doesn’t make for the weird sincerity I’m looking for in my artifice.
This is literally the funniest comment of the century.
Was anyone else disappointed at how nice the saboteurs looked? I feel at least one of them should’ve come out with busted makeup and padding showing, as if their inner voice tells them that no matter how hard they try they’re still a busted first year queen. It would’ve been a lot more vulnerable than what we got.
Agreed. I think they just liked Aquaria’s better because FASHION.
They kept talking about Aquaria’s through line, but all of my friends and I couldn’t figure out what made her look so coherent vs Miz Cracker’s. They both felt off. But then you have Kameron’s which was apparently TOO MUCH of a throughline because of shared silhouettes. The judging felt inconsistent mainly through…
It used to come about because the queens were having actual issues during filming with the competition and topics. Now, they force it in by making everyone confront their “inner darkness” in some ploy to manipulatet hem into like crying. I was not having it at all. The evil twins would have worked IF THEY DIDN’T HAVE…
Needed more runway puns.
All of the twin editing was so poorly executed it just damn near ruined everything.
Ru has played amateur therapist to the queens since the first season
Agreed that so-called “fans” should not be coming for Kameron; I don’t agree with her making top four, but I’m more agged at RuPaul and the producers than I am at any queen competing.
Hating on someone because your favorite Judy didn’t make it is childish A/F.
Hey Kate! Thanks for filling in for Oliver again. Now onto the THOTS:
I’m so disappointed that Monet went home. I think the amount of fun her partner was having should have been included in the judging. Tyler was enjoying it and werking it, while the partners of Aquaria and Kameron just seemed sad.
I really enjoyed this episode a lot more than I thought I would just because the idea of social media “stars” made me want to not even watch. But the annoyance factor was a lot lower than i thought it would be and some of the social media guys were even enjoyable to watch.
I’ll try to keep it short: the werk room won’t be the same without Monet. She might have been inconsistent, but she was a constant ray of sunshine this season. Also, Cracker’s win was well earned.
FINALLY, Cracker wins a challenge! It took fuckin’ long enough!
Well, break out your sponges and wipe them tears away, Monet has exited. She will be missed
Oh how soon you forget how women fighters in Battlefield 1 ruined the game’s realism.
