4. I was ready for Kalorie to leave based on her name alone.

I’m not a makeup expert, but Miz Cracker and Aquaria’s makeup didn’t look that similar to me. I mean no more similar than any other number of looks.

After all the terrible shit in my news feed today, this premiere was exactly what I needed.

Kameron is Pearl 2.0.

Monet has a tone that reminds me a bit of Bob - a certain dry affect that belies that she spends as much time observing and listening as she does making herself heard.

I am already bored by the Aquaria/Miz Cracker thing. I so don’t care whose eyebrows look similar to whose. (But am still on team Miz Cracker, so ??)

Wow, what an episode! Where the premiere of season 9 felt like there was a foundation of everyone being solid, this felt like there was extraordinary talent in every corner. Some of my favorites are:

Petition to keep Vanessa on as color commentary. Her interviews were hilarious.

It’s like we never said goodbye, y’all. So onto some Random ‘pinions:

Ultimately, particularly for an All-Stars season, it becomes more incubment to recognize that all these girls are deserving. We have our favorites, of course, and we can definitely argue the merits of who’s more deserving (which of course, we do ad libitum).

For me that’s what separates what Milk does from Raja or Violet’s refined editoral style. It’s what makes the latter two fashionne, and Milk something just to the left of that. the difference for me is the ability to reference, to create a narrative, and to edit. Raja and Violet, with every look - evidence deep

The show is as fair as Ru and the producers decide to make it.

Yes I read a spoiler online a few weeks ago that Trixie had won, and then I realized they had released Trixie as a Funko. It all came together. I’m glad someone else mentioned it (it was released about a month ago).

Nested gags tonight, so a lot of Random ‘pinions:

I’m okay with a Shangela win. It just feels justified after how well she’s done all season and while I came into this season rooting for Trixie (and Dela) and still love her, it feels right for Shangela to take the crown.

Random ‘pinions, and a lot of ‘em for a gag-dense episode!

I don’t think it quite happened that way. Contrary to conspiracy theories, I don’t think Ru and the producers have ONE winner planned all season. I think they pick a Top 3 at the start and do some machinations to get as close to that as possible, but if someone’s clearly sucking then whatever. I think their Top 3

White out can’t melt steel beams!

I’m shook! I can’t say I’m COMPLETELY shocked because I felt like “Ben doesn’t make it to the end” was getting spoilered all over the internet, but I’m relieved its not what I was dreading (where Morgan comes back and eliminated DeLa out of pettiness). I’m far more comfortable with this version because so is DeLa.

I have so many feelings about this that it’s probably going to take a few days to process. So consider these thoughts even more in-flux than usual:
