I think it was calculated AND genuine. Bianca knew exactly what she was doing, she's smart as fuck, but she also seems very well-liked by the rest of the queens.

Agreed. One of the greatest strengths of the show is watching the interplay between artifice and genuine emotion. The crowning should reflect that.

Completely agree with this. Katya is wonderful, but I felt better about her elimination (and Kennedy staying to be honest) after seeing Untucked.

See, I'd actually say Adore's edit was a good example of "real fake." I believe Adore really is a young queen with a tons of natural talent and charisma, who needs some time to learn disciple and polish to reach her full potential.
