I heard of that. I think my generation, for all of its existential dread, has not yet risen to the level of living under credible threat of nuclear death.
Well, that’s why insurance rates are lowest for the youngest drivers and then get higher and higher every year after 16. Young drivers, especially teens, are very good drivers because they haven’t been driving long enough to develop bad (or any) habits.
