I think you need to take a closer look at his “trolls”. He’s been pretty awful in the past, but just because he’s making an uncomfortable point doesn’t mean it’s a troll.

Clearly some of these have been faked — what do you think actually happened? Will we see that hate crimes remained within their average range and there was simply a surge in fake reports? Or, will we see a slight uptick in hate crimes (I’m leaning towards this) but not the deluge of confirmed cases that we’re lead to…
