Roth contribution limits, not withstanding a backdoor Roth setup, are ridiculously low. Basically any double income college educated family in a major urban area cannot contribute. Even if you can, the limit itself is extremely low.

100% agree. I think if one is arguing immoral capital gains taxes, there has to be room to discuss what self sufficient savers in the not 1% are supposed to do.

The reality is for anyone in the millennial bracket, you’ll need to save more than just what’s allowed for a 401(k) to retire at a reasonable age. For me it’s about half and half.

It could be that he has disability insurance or other such insurance that only pays out in large amounts if he’s fully incapacitated. Contesting these claims may be a part of claim against a policy such as that. This is the only reason I could see his family wanting to bring this issue into a courtroom.

That’s fine. But carrying an engineer title is a big deal. One can never really carry the title without a professional license. It’s super dubious to carry it without a degree and only 4 years experience.

You don’t seem to understand the reality of what early access has become. The majority of EA games will not be “released”. The goal was to generate cash from a product which was sort-of/mostly finished. Most developers abandon the game before the promise is complete.
