i'm not saying they should have won i'm saying its a case where they HAVE to pursue legal action to protect their copywrite. See if a company doesn't pursue legal action then when someone very clearly does copy their logo they can't sue because they didn't protect it in the first place.

McDonalds is also very popular doesn't mean its good. But the reasons i find its not very good have to do with the story not being fully developed. Way too much voice over (a sin in storytelling), characters being underdeveloped and just WAY TOO MUCH EXPOSITION
