well sort of you can do the practice match with them which is a step in the right direction, its better then LoL's system. But in the end you still either need to save up for weeks or pay cash to get a new hero.

except those heroes might not be ones that they are good at. Giving players the choice to find a hero that fits their play style would be better.

well... its a good deal until you compare it to other F2P mobas. Dota 2 is the perfect example of what a MOBA pricing structure should be. All heroes are free and you can either earn cosmetic gear, trade for it, or buy it on the store or in the AH for dirt cheap... like 5 cents an item.
