From a NY Post article on the same guy:
He’s *77* and served in the Navy. “Filing papers” is NOT his problem at this point. It wasn’t even required back then in all likelihood since his parents were citizens. I am going to bet he has had a social security number his whole life too. He’s a citizen, full stop. This is first rate petty bureaucratic bullshit…
He doesn’t need to wait, he needs to get an attorney and sue their dumb asses, ASAP. Or better yet, move out of Tennessee.
I’ve also noticed that technique matters when making hot sauce. For examples, all the same ingredients will yield 2 very different sauces, if you make 1 batch with boiling vinegar and another with room temperature.
Technically, it’s more complicated because while it is those ingredients, things like the garlic are pickled so it’s not just “Throw it all in the jug and wait”.
Goodness, I thought TJ’s ws bad until I checked Momofuku:
Momofuku
1400 mg sodium (61% DV)
TJ’s
920 mg sodium (40% DV)
Thank you RSM for the comment. Readers have to realize that “as-is” at an auto auction only applies to the mechanical soundness of the vehicle. It does not apply to mileage or to title brands. For example, if you purchased an “as-is” vehicle and the transmission did not go into third gear you had no complaint. BUT, if…
Thank you v8corvairpickup for the kind words. I am still fighting after 6 years !!! FedEx and Holman’s legal strategy is to stall and drag the Plaintiff out till the end of time hoping I go away, run out of money, or die. They did not realize who they were dealing with !!!
Danny, thanks for the question. The auctions claim no responsibility for anything in their terms and conditions. Their rules state the seller is responsible for the mileage disclosures. BUT, and its a big but, since 2017 they had full knowledge of this odometer fraud with their major client Holman and continued the…
I remember seeing the original story on Channel 13. When I saw the headline on this I thought, hey I remember a dude in Henderson, of course, who had this issue. Well, heck! I guess you’re the dude. It’ll be a great thing to see a Goliath taken on by a David... well a Tom. Good luck with this! Keep us posted, please.
Tom Layton here, the original Plaintiff. What you all must know is that the auto auctions prohibit buyers from bringing scan tools on to auction property. Therefore, you must believe what the auctions claim. Furthermore, of the 500 or so FedEx vans I personally purchased 99% of them were purchased on-line facilitated…
If anything, that one foot is TOO visible. And the guy could really use a couple dozen more pouches spread across 5 additional belts.
I grew up looking at Rob Liefeld art. Nothing to see here lol
“I mean, eventually it likely will be good enough.”
pretty sure people said the same thing about Duke Nukem Forever, and look how that turned out lol
u blind, dogg?
It’s cause reading a menu on a phone fucking SUCCCKKKSSSS.
Well the core problem with the QR menu had nothing to do with the QR codes, and everything to do with shitty implementation. You’re supposed to use your phone, but most places that used it didn’t have a menu linked that was even vaguely usable on the phone.
I did not need another ‘blue’ icon. The purple was more than fine.
Yeah, logging into HBOMax and then just not having the application load at all, was frustrating and made me want to throw the app out all together.
Then, after moving to the new app, and having interactions not work at all how they worked with the previous app, ESPECIALLY when trying to get rid of the “Hey watch these…
