It’s so dang fun watching him, especially when he goes on these spurts. As soon as he passes half court, the crowd swells and even watching on TV you feel like you can see a few seconds into the future, seeing him drain a 3 before he's even picked up his dribble. I have to enjoy this while he's at his apex.

If you want to really embarrass yourself, do wallstand presses (ie: handstands). You'll be pressing all/most of your weight in the vertical plane, and as you gain experience you'll begin to learn how to balance in this position. Bonus points for elevating your hands on stable blocks, allowing for a longer ROM.

Seitan is also an excellent ingredient to sneak into dishes for your so-called gluten-intolerant and/or Celiac friends. It's just pure gluten. Either they have no issue and you get to call them on their bullshit, or it kills them soundly. It's kind of a one-shot, but it's effective.
