Why can’t they just ban the use of take down notices by robots, or make takedowns require a review FIRST instead of something that has to be manually pursued. Even just doing it like that for channels over 1000 subscribers would be a bigger knock back against companies spamming these robo notices.

A lot of people feel without 1080p and 60 FPS next gen consoles are pointless. It's been many years since the previous gen launched so they should at least be able to manage that much, yet they still struggle.
