Crossing multiple counties sounds like a generously red flag. If, at a state/local level, the people aren’t governed in that set, why would they need to be represented that way? Sounds like an unnecessary expense to maintain all those mixed forms for voting days, as well.
Psychopaths don’t have emotional _attachments_. They have quite strong emotions, but aren’t ruled by them, as opposed to sociopaths, who _can_ have emotional attachments (with difficulty), and tend to be more ruled by emotion.
