It’s baffling that you think anyone would care. This isn’t Facebook.
I figure it’s not my call to second-guess what elements of her own life are tragedy or comedy. She found it funny and so she wrote it that way.
It sounds as if she repeatedly tried to help this man and his family when he was a child, but he dropped out of the two private schools for which she paid the tuition. That’s very different from his claim (funded and probably scripted by the National Enquirer) that she tried to adopt him and then abandoned him, so…
She explains the trade-specific terms as she goes along, and context makes them pretty self-evident anyway. It all made sense to me, and I’m about as far removed from this world as you can get without living on another planet.
I dunno. You gotta respect a troll that good at his/her job. It’s still funny.
Whether I agree with her opinions or not, I think asking older women—especially one of Greer’s background— to sit down and let the young’uns take over is a bit much, too.
Let her talk and defend her views, or let her talk and change her views. If we just tell her to sit down and shut up, old lady with outdated views,…
I mean he was paying ten thousand dollars a night for the private house and it was facing a waterfront in Bora Bora and the pictures were from either a boat that was more than likely thousands of feet away or the land on the other side of whatever body of water that was. It’s not like he was walking around naked in…
I don’t mind “we are going to have a baby” because yes, after the baby is born, they will both, as parents, have a baby. For similar reasons I also give “we’re having a baby,” a pass. But “we are pregnant”? Ugh. No. No, no, no.
It is not. People are effing crazy sometimes.
Unless you were there, then you can’t say with 100% validity that someone was in black face.
The burden of proof is on the accusers, and at this point they have no evidence to support their claim. If there is, then these kids deserve to be shamed as racists, but until then, let’s put the pitchforks down.
Seems like they did learn? No one is in blackface.
No blackface and I refuse to speculate on bronzer - there are more important race issues in this country than policing the exact shade of a UCLA sorority girl’s tan. They do have drawn-on goatees, which I guess is manface?
She is THE BEST, and this whole situation is exactly why I go out of my way to not watch the NFL. Fuck this culture of militant masculinity and entitlement.
I don’t see any blackface. Right now all this is based on hearsay which contradicts the available photo evidence. So, hmm.
I’m slightly confused by the picture shown as well. If they used bronzer to make their skin darker that’s obviously racist and gross but I’m not convinced that those girls aren’t just overly tan because they live in LA and think it looks good.
I see girls dressed like idiots... but I don’t see blackface. Are there pics of this?
What a fucking strange thing to complain about. Always has to be something.
