I think they should have smaller stadiums. A handful of teams can pretty much fill a 40,000 seat stadium all season, but by and large baseball stadiums should max out at 30,000, and should be located in cities, not parking lots 5 miles outside the city (or worse).

Some teams don’t need to worry about attendance. The ones that do should take a page out of minor league stadiums and turn part of the outfield stands into a lawn and sell general admission seats where you can sit on the lawn.

I think you’re reading “complaining” into an ambiguous tweet. He may very well be complaining about paying the $1.68, and does have a track-record of being an ass-hat, but I don’t think it’s clear at all that he’s complaining about paying the money and more than complaining about the restaurant drawing attention to it.
