Guys, simply put the pressure got to Cam. Regardless if he was open or not Cam was rattled. He does not have the pocket mobility like Wilson or Rodgers. He kind of just stands there and pats the ball but mainly is a statue.

For as athletic as he is, Cam is not very good moving within the pocket. Watch Ben Roethlisberger (who is in average at best shape and past his physical prime by about 5 years) move in the pocket and then watch Cam and its like its not even the same position.
