I just find it weird and kind of puzzling and wonder if it’s maybe some kind of dysmorphia? She looks SO fine & normal & lovely in every photo i’ve seen since she “revealed” her post-injury face that I wonder what she sees when she looks in the mirror that’s NOT that.

But I mean, no one is thinking rationally in that moment. If she’s still posting sad selfies 3 weeks from now, that’s another story, but she’s just been cheated on in a HUGELY public way; if this is the worst thing she does, she’s doing all right.
