Doesn’t anyone remember that Keith cannot be killed be conventional weapons?

Softball playoffs. Ball is between me and the other outfielder. I have the bead but it would be a tough play. Hesitate, it falls, they walk off.
All he said was a “hit a MLB pitch.” Not get a hit, or even put it in play. I’ve managed to make contact at 90+ in a batting cage and foul one off, and you could, too. Or you could bunt.
His post-Trump SNL monologue and the skit skewering us over confident white liberals (I was one that night) was great.
Just think — we could’ve had a Chiefs/Saints SB if not for staggering incompetence on the part of Dee Ford, the Chiefs’ D, the refs, and the Saints.
This happens to me NOW.
I tried one of these last week, went in on a weekday to a store in a mostly residential area. Wasn’t crazy busy, was able to get one. It was good. But no sandwich is worth fighting for. Or waiting in crazy lines for. They’ll make more.
I can’t recall if I’ve barfed it, I think I have. I have definitely cleaned it when another was befallen with a condition I call “dranktoomuchitis”
And every day, I find it harder and harder to justify watching this game. Even the fact that current players know the risk...that isn’t helping.
Red wine needs to be higher. Don’t ask how I know.
I am worked up because their will be people who buy the bad-faith arguments. I already have friends on the right (none of whom are Trump supporters) who believe journalists are garbage people because a few journalists have put out bad tweets. These people believe the media is more liberally biased than it is, that…
Let me preface this by saying I know little about age discrimination law, and I haven’t thought of Simers in years, so I forgot if he was any good at his job (seems not, based on comments). Explain to me how reducing the workload of someone after a stroke is discrimination? I can understand the part about the…
You could cut out all ovals except Indy. I’d argue that as the signature track that brings in the most casual TV viewers, and therefore has the money, IMS has done a good job mitigating risk. But smaller, less affluent ovals, not so much.
God. Damn. It.
My grandfathers both died in 2009 and 2010. One was a Republican, with the mild racism that came from that generation, and one was a conservative Dem, but also with the mild racism that came from that generation.
I guess I’m lucky. In my late 30s, I am the child of Boomers and all my aunts and uncles are, of course, Boomers. Some are selfish, but my parents and others missed that Boomer gene, despite not being hippies either. I agree with the book’s premise, but not all Boomers got tarred with that mindset, thankfully.
Sam wrecked me.
How does the gaslighting taste?
Softball dude’s doc should’ve prescribed a stool softener. Or he can just buy one.
Wasn’t she a NeverTrumper, though?
