Took me a second but goddamnit, you magnificent bastard.

I thought this was a good ep. Except the Christmas Carol skit. I enjoyed it. I am less harsh on the show than Perkins, I suppose.
2008 taught us nothing.
Holy shit. I am 38. I always pegged Douthat as between 45-55. Even on Bill Maher he looks like he’s past 45 years of age.
SHUT UP, JIM
Aw, I disagree with Dennis. This was a pretty funny episode overall. Even Baldwin’s Trump had some energy.
I had poor grades in school despite being smart. Why? Because aside from subjects in which I did legitimately struggle, I just was generally not into school. Some kids are like that, yet a lot of teachers/counselors don’t get that.
What you did there, I see it.
Because for whatever reason, unlike in other industries, writers and photogs feel like they have to work for exposure to get their foot in the door. I think it’s because a lot of people WANT to write for a living, and some will do it for free, and that brings the market down.
I’ve been to 44 states and I think the only issue I have with the list is that Ohio isn’t THAT bad.
While I agree that the episode was meh overall, I don’t agree that Carrell wasn’t trying — he seemed to be trying to me.
“We Built This City” makes the list because people keep putting it as the worst song and no one can think of another one.
I live alone. I work from home. This gives me the advantage on cooking...I can shop whenever my work day is slow, and I am not tired from a commute.
LGA should be dead last. And PHX SUCKS to connect, flights are never in the same terminal. This list is bad, and should feel bad.
That makes more sense.
I agree about the conservative attacks on the press. But it’s a matter of physical space — there’s only so many seats, and they must go to legit media like CNN. It’s also about safety -- a terrorist could pose as a reporter.
No org should refuse legit outlets. That’s the problem. But the WH does get to have control.
As a journalist, this really pisses me off. I get that the WH has the right to control who gets a pass (that’s as it should be -- any org should have control over who is allowed in) but to pull it under false pretenses because you got asked a question you don’t like? Bullshit. Just utter bullshit.
America is full of stupid, racist, homophobic, gun-humping, easily frightened cavemen who think life is a zero sum game so they’re gonna vote to maintain the status quo no matter the cost. 2016 should have been a clue.
After this crushing defeat, Florida Democrats will very likely be asking themselves exactly what they have to do to win statewide races in one of the most consistently competitive swing states in the country.
