As a college student interested in jumping into the industry, I'd say it's pretty important to me to know some positive things about the industry, unless your intent is to scare everyone away.

I actually really like this set-up. For most games the story isn't important enough, especially FPS games, to make "spoilers" bother me, especially when boss fights, good cutscenes and what not are the best selling point of games, as seems to be the case here. Again, wouldn't want it for The Last of Us or anything…

Hard to say he "wasted" them. For all we know, there was an incorrect substitution, unusual defense or crowd noise which led to the timeout. As valuable as they are in the final minutes of a game, they do serve a purpose in what was a very important drive earlier in the game, which may or may not have been Reid's…
