It was probably a he said/she said thing at the scene. So they charged them both and then sorted it out later after they saw the evidence.

Believe it or not people like that exist. It's not hard to make prior plans, get a DD, take public transport, walk, ride a fuckin' horse, etc. instead of driving drunk.
Did anyone else notice the lady behind her is having to explain to the guy how baseball works? Sad day for America folks.
So you know for a fact that no other band has done this? They've been doing this at OSU for decades and you just now found out about it, but obviously it's not even possible for other bands to be doing this. Hell, the shit FSU band did was a thousand times worse than this.
You seem like you'd be a blast at parties. Wanna make out?
So your method of training is different than a college band's. This also isn't a job, and is likely more pressure for them than you presenting to some dinky Idaho legislature. You seem like the kind of person that would say it promotes sexual harassment to tell someone to imagine the audience in their underwear if…
Unless I am mistaken the director and none of the previous directors ever order this exercise. or proposed it. This was something the band members did of their own volition.
Getting in to the band requires a skill at playing/memorizing and marching. Being in marching band in high school the most people you might perform in front of is 1,000, maybe 2,000 people at a time. That is a far cry from 105,000 people.
Probably would make your team better. And if you're ashamed to be in a bathing suit maybe you should do some crunches.
That's the reason. Would it be different if they were doing it in the bathing suits really?
Why do you assume he was there to specifically watch young girls run around? FWIW I know many people who were/are in the band in many sections. The purpose of that exercise was this- If you can do the ramp entrance in your underwear in an empty stadium then you can do it in front of 105,000+ people on a Saturday…
Did you miss the part where "Jewboobs" actually had no problem with her nickname and the people conducting the report never actually talked to her? But it's a good thing you're around to be offended for her.
1.) That land was never the property of England. It was the Native Americans
It's a pretty simple question- I'm wondering if you think being high could be detrimental to someone's performance by decreasing their cognitive and/or motor skills no matter what they are doing.
I'm sure that limit for air traffic controllers was negotiated for by their union. Maybe they should help the NFLPA in the next CBA negotiation. And the limit Gordon was caught for was only at the time of the test. It means that it was higher at one point, unless you actually believe the second hand smoke defense.
No the analogy still stands. Also I'm not quite sure you understood it. We aren't allowed to drink liquids in lab not because it could ruin our work but because something could get in it that could be harmful to us or kill us.
Whether he's putting anyone in danger or not by smoking weed the bottom line is this though- He's a football player in the union, the union agreed to the rules all players will follow, he broke the rules repeatedly and was caught. Now he should face the prescribed consequences.
Well you know, you could probably say the same thing about lots of jobs. For example, the only thing I've ever trained to do is be a scientist. In lab we aren't allowed to eat or drink for the obvious reason that it is dangerous. At my desk I can't have a cup of coffee or a bottle of water simply because it's…
The body doesn't need to be actively metabolizing something for it to break down in the urine. It would surely break down faster in that case, but everything has a half life.
That might be the case or it might not. I looked (not very hard b/c this is an internet argument) but couldn't find the half-life of THC in urine outside the body. They may not even be testing for that but some derivative, but it could definitely break down if they didn't freeze sample B immediately. For all we…
