yeah I have no problem with making salaried workers work more than 40 hours w/ no OT as long as they pay a competitive salary for those hours.

yeah the major advantage of agencies (outside of the connections to brands or networks) is that its fun. Its a shit ton of bs work and long hours but you usually become friends with everyone you work with as they are all young, broke, and working long hours, too.

yeah not disagreeing with you at all, as I am currently an assistant in a non creative role at a major Ad Agency in NYC, but there are some sweet ass perks that come with our jobs that make our terrible salaries seem a little better. yeah I agree. The opposite is usually KD and Russ’s downfall. When guys don’t get involved offensively often they just naturally play worse in every other aspect of the game.

I just disagree that they have. It would be one thing if Tony grew up in the 40s and 50s, but he was born in 1960. His entire life it was common knowledge that tobacco causes cancer.

lol this is nothing. These events cost close to a million dollars, but its a multi-billion dollar industry. If Hamilton (in any subliminal way) made a couple buyers decide not to take a unit or 2 away from ESPN and put it towards Fox it was worth it.
