On the last vaccine-related article I read on Gawker/Jezebel there was a commenter insisting that vaccines actually GIVE you diseases and only people who have been vaccinated catch the measles and so on because of their “compromised” immune system.

Wow, these fake kidnappings seem like a pretty risky little joke. I guess having guns makes it likely that their targets will comply, but you never know what someone might do when (they think) their life is being threatened.
I’m going to start randomly threatening people with all the revenge I’ll totally rain down upon them “should I become President.”
Will’s pretty resourceful, too.
This show is exactly what I want for my fun weekend viewing. As much as I like Hannibal sometimes I’m like “I don’t have the energy to pay attention to Hannibal right now.” Plus I can’t eat snacks while watching it.
Not as catastrophically, awfully rude as most here, just the social failure you’d expect from someone who can’t converse like a normal human: I was sitting alone at a table in a nightclub, watching my friends’ purses while they went to get drinks. This guy walks up and says, “You look like you’re having a good time.”…
Yeah, the falloff from the end of the Heaven series onward is pretty disappointing. What’s great about FiTA and its sequels is IMO what a vindictive revenge monster Cathy is. Heaven doesn’t go all-out as much but both of them are really unforgiving and angry toward the people who did them wrong and I honestly dig that…
True. Troy >>> Logan all day.
PSYCHOPOMPS
V.C. Andrews was a lifelong invalid, so her books have some incredibly weird recurring themes of imprisonment and traumatic injury along with bizarre incest sex that reads like it was written by someone who has probably never had sex before.
I definitely remember the dog poop/cutting self on nail (or something)/infection thing happening, but I think it might have been the younger boy who had no interest in ballet. The older one does become a ballet dancer until he gets paralyzed in a tragic accident as an adult (as one does in VC Andrews books).
That is actually from the “Ruby” series, which I’m surprised didn’t make this list because it contains a storyline wherein: young innocent bayou girl (Gabrielle) is raped by rich guy, has a secret baby which she gives to him and his wife. Later falls in love with and has twins by another rich guy, and the twins are…
In one study that exposed Americans and Canadians to different British accents they were unfamiliar with, they couldn’t guess with any accuracy which ones belonged to people in the upper classes and which ones to people in the lower classes.
Agreed, the double’s body language was distractingly different. (I also thought they looked a lot fuller-figured than Headey, who is pretty lean.)
So do you really get serious jail time for, as Flaca put it, “not selling drugs”? What is it when you claim to be selling illegal drugs but are actually selling harmless substances, fraud?
“Not a racist” but assumes that all of these people she doesn’t know “flunked out of school” and “have no education” and didn’t receive proper parenting because they’re black.
He really needs to quit fucking whining about this like it’s some personal insult that the Olsens don’t want to come “have fun” shooting a cheesy sitcom. The twins were put on the show by their parents when they were infants and they were like 8 when it stopped shooting. They probably don’t even remember half of it.…
Something I saw done a few times when I was doing wedding videography was that they’d have a large (spare) bouquet that wasn’t actually tied together, so when they threw it it just kind of exploded into a bunch of individual flowers. That way everyone got one. I thought that was nice.
That top one flatters her face shape a lot more than her current long straight hair/long waves IMO.
Do we know exactly what Gracie’s cult is supposed to believe or what they’re doing? They think the clones are “abominations,” but they want to breed test-tube clone offspring and this will somehow result in special non-abominable babies?
