The problem with Palestinians is they refuse to recognize the simple fact that their lives are just less valuable than the lives of Israelis. If they were just to accept that basic fact, like the rest of the world already has, this conflict would be over!

If it’s a legal requirement, it shouldn’t be this hard to find a source saying that. Laws are publicly available.
