I came for E39 M5 pictures. I leave satisfied.

Also a good answer

*queue my canned response to a new car claiming to offer speed and utility*

Agreed. I have this in my 328 and 335, and I kind of love it. It’s very functional and they do a good job making it sort of blend in.

I think I’m in the vast minority, but the Chevy SS is way overrated, although a bit more tempting with a 20% discount, sure. It’s a Chevy Impala with legendary GM build quality imho. Why you wouldn’t just pick up a used F80 with a stick is beyond me. Or maybe an E92 with that sweet sweet NA V8.

Maybe I’ve been driving BMWs too long, but I’m so used to wind noise and subtle creaks and squeaks that the Macan felt like a coffin. In a good way.

NA V8 can’t lose.

We were laughed at when we went looking to buy an E91. There were like 5 good examples for sale when we went looking back in 2013, so we settled for the sedan. When the F31 came out, we snatched one up, and I’m still in love. Seriously. I look longingly at it every time I approach it or whenever I park it and walk

All my Bimmers get proper rubber and a piggyback/ECU tune out of the gate. They should come from the factory that way, but oh well...

We should have kept ours...:’-(

Yes and yes. This comment is #winning

My god it’s beautiful 😍

Agreed. I think it makes way more sense than the Sport Turismo.

Yeah, I might give the Stuttgartmobile the edge in overall build quality. We just ordered a Macan GTS and I was honestly and pleasantly surprised how buttoned up it is inside. The panny felt even nicer, what with the updated capacitive controls, but even the humble Macan felt like a bank vault, at least to me.

We were on the fence until we sat in the Sport Turismo at the NYIAS. It’s basically a Panny with a bench seat in the back and a *tiny* bit more cargo space. And they don’t yet have a GTS, meaning you have to spend roughly $140k on the 4S to get it close to the AMG wagon spec and amenity-wise. It’s definitely not

No. That is an abomination.

Love these!

A punk from down the block

That’s...pretty great.
