At first I wondered why the Smart was drifting into the lane, but then imagined the combination of seeing the lightbar, wanting to get out of the way, and then said lightbar coming at you faster than you could start to switch lanes but then move out of the way. Very sad for this driver, and I hope the recovery is full.
