Local multiplayer is infinitely better than online multiplayer. Seeing your friend’s dumbfounded look when you sneak up behind them and member is priceless. Thrown couch cushions add a whole new element to the game.

One of the reasons I always liked Marvel more than DC is because Marvel largely kept continuity. The 60s comics of my uncle’s that I read as a kid informed the ones I was reading in the 80s and 90s. I practically memorized the official handbook to the marvel universe volumes.
