“Everybody has a plan until they get punched in the face” Mike Tyson

We don’t really call this a “lens flare,” it’s actually JWST’s “point spread function,” (or a PSF) and those are “diffraction spikes” of the unresolved stars. JWST’s PSF is caused by how light interacts with the edges of the primary mirror, the arms that hold up the secondary mirror, and the fact that there are 18

Speaking as a VW guy, VW guys don’t actually have 10k.

Ford go sit down in the corner!

When I lived in salty, snowy northern New England, this truck would’ve been snapped up for its solid cab corners alone. This was a good price for this rig even in Before Times.

I had a ‘94 F-150 equipped just like this one (I6, 5sp, single-cab) save for the 4WD. Only thing needed to keep it on the road was gas and an oil change every so often. When I sold it at 275k miles it was still running/driving like it did when it pulled out of the dealer parking lot.

The highest concentration of good driving roads is going to coincide with mountain ranges.

That’s fair. It’s too bad they didn’t drop the 6-speed in the wagon then, as the sedan was a great car. (The weight wouldn’t have made it fast I suppose, but would have still be enjoyable)

The Aztec, it can be argued, has more practical value than the Juke. I’ve always thought that the Aztec was designed to meet the needs of an active lifestyle, while the Juke was only designed to meet specific aesthetic criteria. Having said all that, kudos to any mfr. that swings for the fences...

A Nissan Junk you say?  No thank you.
