Yes, it out runned everything made in usa in 78 (literally fastest 0-60 for domestic vehicles) dodge used a loophole in the emissions regulation so no catalotyc converters were needed. Ofcourse if you wanted to turn or stop the corvette awesome weight bias, IRS and quad disc brakes (4-pot too!) Were a lot better....

An Avanti, I or II, is one of the cars in my fantasy garage. But not this, ever! I much prefer the original, or the Avanti II’s that at least tried to look like the originals. This is as goofy looking as designing a 4 door Corvette.

I’m in the same boat, first gen Moto X and not willing to buy a Z3 Compact for $500-something and have to switch carriers too. I wish I knew. I had the same problem when I moved away from phones with physical keyboards. I didn’t want to, there just weren’t any other reasonable options.
