I run an 83 Baja that was bought when new and has never broken down. The biggest part to ever get replaced is the power steering cooler two years ago. It’s truly been a great machine. My grandmother bought it when I was a kid. It still looks mostly new and runs like a champ.

Or possibly the apex seals were already shot when he got it? Couldn’t tell ya, it’s just what happened.

67k miles per engine. Some manufacturers have warranties longer than that, lol. It’s a shame, because I think rotaries are awesome

I agree with you in theory, but man those Renesis engines are tough to live with from what I know.

A friend has the Shinka edition. I drove it before it grenaded. It was cool. Not cool enough to own and live with though. He put in a used engine with 40k on it that was shipped from Japan, and that grenaded within 150mi.
