Young Justice takes place in a earth that has never been used before in any other medium. I read an article that the show runners did not want to have to worry about continuity and the like, so they asked DC which earth they could use that had never been used. So there was no real back story or events to worry about.

I’ve lost track of what is and isn’t part of the continuity by this point actually.  I most just care about the Damian Wayne Trilogy which led into the Teen Titan films.
