I don’t understand how it would be able to still recognize me if half my face is obscured.

I don’t have anything to worry about right now b/c my work phone is a new 6s and my personal is an SE and both are going strong, but between the lack of a headphone jack and the lack of Touch ID, this might be the death of apple in my life.

I don’t think it would be more profitable in another city, especially not as a second team in Toronto or a place where there may or may not be a fan base for the sport.

The reason I don’t like them is when I’m in my work truck, I usually have an inverter running equipment or charging batteries in the back.

Wait, you think execs look at source material when they adapt books into movies or tv?!?

This was back in the day before streaming was a thing, so the alternative was going to the teacher supply store, ordering a tape out of a catalogue, waiting weeks to get it, and then use the tape til it breaks.

When I was in HS 15 something years ago, there was a special satellite channel that schools could subscribe to and it played nothing but BNSG around the clock, continuously.

They opened. Nothing has been actually discussed other than the US opening statements that said they are getting a raw deal for years and years now.

2 things come to mind with this statement from AMC:

I think it’s more of there isn’t enough content for 20 episodes (2 10 ep seasons) so HBO told the show runners fit it into X amt of episodes so that it works with scheduling other content.

While the episode wasn’t as terrible as some people are trying to make it out to be, it did feel kind of rushed. Especially the scene at Eastwatch - all the info was dumped unceremoniously and then everyone shrugged on their heavy winter gear and roam out North.

I only get Netflix and basic cable (thanks for the forced bundle!) where I live.

My understanding of the whole clone trooper/storm trooper thing was a by-product of the cloning process requiring accelerated aging, and that by the time of Ep 4, most of the clones were dead from either “old age” or continuous battle, with the remaining few still alive in training/supervisory position.

I think the way Dany talks to Tyrion and then just follows his advice isn’t so much the episode just being concise, as much as his advice makes sense.

Argument for reasons why ipods like the shuffle need to still exist (I.e. No App Store or wifi): for young kids.

Agreed.

I don’t have Return, so I can’t check, but it has to have the DCAU banner on it, and I’m pretty sure it doesn’t have it.

Return was purposefully left off b/c it’s not part of the DCAU initiative, same reason Mask of the Phantasm was left off.

Don’t take this the wrong way, but these movies weren’t created with you in mind.

Nope, I genuinely enjoy the Damien stories and wish there was more content with him in it.
