What kills me about this book has nothing to do with the content of the book, its that the public library has holds on both physical and digital copies that last until early 2018.

Nah - a few author’s that I regularly read tried doing that with e-books (publish the book piecemeal) and they way I understand it is that very few people bought the excerpts, and a ton of people bought it when it was fully published as a whole unit - as an ebook and as an actual paperback.

In some places its the law. I got stopped at a checkstop here in Canada and the officer made me get out of the car, unbuckle my daughter, take her winter coat off and then re-buckle her and gave me a written warning and a lengthy scolding about why its not safe.
