I remember the CG series where the Gundam’s didn’t have pilots - they were more like transformers (except they didn’t transform).

Meanwhile, I’m sure some of them have their 10+ year old camper/RV parked in their driveway. And let me tell you, some of those things that get hauled around every summer need to be blown up or lined up for a monster to run over.

I had read that using those adapters in the long run reduce the battery life of the phone. The damn thing already has pretty short lifespan as it is.

I think this is pretty cool, but until more phones are built with the wireless charging tech, it's useless. Cool, but useless.

Last time I flew, I took my not quite 2yr old daughter with me and did multiple changes in the tiny, standing coffins that they call restrooms on planes.

Yea, I agree doing the burnout or getting groceries is wrong, and it seems to be happening a lot lately (prolly b/c there are more ways to catch them doing it and to tell others about it happening).

Yea, I have been looking at smart watches more and more lately, but I have yet to find one I like. They are either cumbersome/bulky, don’t fit my list of must haves, or don’t communicate well with my current phone (ios now, but what happens if I go Android next year? Means no Apple watch for me!).

I figure next year or…

I agree something has to be done about people and their phone addictions, but mandatory checking isn’t the answer.
