    Loco Moco at Rainbow is something I would do very bad things for.

    I grew up going to Rainbows all the time & would always fight over if they had the best mac salad or not.  Some thought it had too much mayo but I love it.  My go to “Mixed plate, gravy all over”!  We could imitate the old auntie that would call out the order.

    One of my best friends is a Hawaiian local, so when I visited him he would take me to Rainbow Drive-In and various Zippy’s just to get my fill of plate lunches.
