Siu Mai is a super easy appetizer I make for parties all the time. Won Ton wrappers, garlic, ginger, bok choy, green onions, a few spices, shoyu, mirin, ground pork/chicken and you are good to go! Just need a rice maker/steamer. I like to dip them in Sambal & rice vinegar but Ponzu works for non spice enjoying friends.

Hilo has the best avocados on the planet and they grow huge. They also are super buttery with no string like haas have sometime. I have family there that would bring us suitcases of them with his papayas, mangoes, and lychee. Ono kine grindz!

Love that tune & wish they would come out west. We have a radio show here called Shake the Shack that plays them and other great rockabilly and psychobilly.
