As an IPA fan, I find that offensive & you have obviously not had many IPA’s or just bad ones. You can create more flavors in an IPA than any other style if you know how to use hops & malts correctly. Also, hoppy & bitter are two different things. I don’t know where you live but here in the NW, most of the new IPA’s are more about the nose, fruit forward type hops w/ perfect bitterness. Try a Breakside, Cloudburst, Bale Breaker, Ft.George, Great Notion, Ruebens...etc.
