As others have pointed out, once she left the race in 2008, she introduced Obama at the convention and stumped like hell for him in the general. I hope Bernie does the same. It’s not about entitlement. It’s about the fact that he didn’t win the nom and Trump scares the shit out of me.

Its not so much that he’s still in the race. But, the fact that he continues to incite such rabid distrust of Clinton is major problem. Even worse, he’s not correcting some of his more fanatical supporters when they repeat GOP lies about Clinton or say that she’s not a liberal. This is a major problem. And its

I don’t want Trump elected. Full stop. That’s my problem.

Yup. She’s rich, she supported the war in Iraq, and supported intervention in Libya and Syria. I don’t agree with some of the things she has done over the years.

I mean, electing Trump will bring a generation of Supreme Court justices that will strike down any reform a progressive government tries. So yeah, fuck those people.

She is far from my ideal candidate, but:

I have no problem with a more progressive platform, but (from the same linked article):

It’s pretty much been known (because he said so) that he is staying in until the end so that he has enough delegates to influence the party platform. I fully support this effort as well.

How horrible! I hope she survives this.

Right now, you say her name and all I have on my mental rolodex card for her is “hippie; lived in forest shack or some shit for a few years?”

I think it’s funny that she got cut out of the Amazing Spiderman 2. When your scenes get cut from a film that is so bad it forces Sony to run back to Marvel for help it may just be a sign...

The divergent films are terrible but she can be a good actress depending on the film. She was great in The Descendants and pretty good in The Fault in Our Stars. We can’t really judge her solely on the soulless Divergent movies when she has done some good work.

Jesus christ. That is fucking heartbreaking.

Forget in a few years, right now I’m betting at least 90% of the people reading this article did so just to find out who the hell she is.

I’m not sure that Shailene Woodley is capable of thought processes this complex.

“Why don’t women just say no?”

The only question I "might" ask: "Do people really care what celebs say about politics, because our rapacious and hungry media outlets are really the only ones winning here." Likely she will never achieve Sarandon 'fame' or credibility. Too bad, because Sarandon is awful.

She is so brave for worrying about pissing off her fans.

The real question is, is she gonna be a Sarandon-type and perhaps tell kids not to vote in the general, or to vote for Trump, because it will bring the “revolution” (lol sure) faster than if Hillary is president? Because if yes, fuck her. If she’s just in it for the ride until Hillary wins the nomination, fine.

She’s going to be a forgotten actress in a few years. She’ll be on 2019's Dancing with the Stars and everyone will kind of remember that she was in some Hunger Games knock off or something. She won’t win. Years later she’ll be in Lifetime and Hallmark movies. Her name will be used in the commercials to lend them some
