As someone who is a detailer at a car dealer, FUCK YOU, if you come in to buy a car right before closing.

The family is still waiting on an apology...

Retail is retail. Overcharging is one thing, but complaining that you can get the part cheaper somewhere else is another. First of all if shops started selling under retail and wholesale prices, they would be undercutting from the parts suppliers where they get their parts. Then the parts suppliers would go out of

A repair shop is a for-profit retail establishment. Do you expect Staples to charge you the same price they pay for printer ink? Of course not, why is a repair shop any different? If you don’t like the markup, take your car elsewhere next time....that is your recourse.

Not necessarily.

Sorry to disagree but this looks a lot better than any of the current German stuff out there.

WTF Why does this look so good?

Congratulations, Mr. BrtStlnd, on today’s COTD! Here’s a Miata for you which this lovely lady will deliver if she doesn’t fall in the water puddle.

COTD is back? Seriously?

Granted, he kind of became the hero eventually, but still...

This guy springs to mind

Bradley Cooper—

Grant Gustin as the Flash...

Timothy Omundson should have been Doctor Strange.

I keep expecting him to greet Barry with, “Hey, little brother!"

I don’t know how I feel about bearded Chuck. At least he’s not blond, that wasn’t a good look on him.

TPMS doesn't use in-wheel sensors. It is based off of the ABS system. If you had pressed the button inside the glove compartment, the light would have gone off. You only had the car a week, so I would guess that you didn't look at the manual. VW's have been using this system for a few years now.

I actually like the look. It has an urban take on military functionality that's both unique and cohesive. The two belts are a bit unnecessary, though.
